It’s been so long since I’ve watched this. I used to have this video saved and I would watch it over and over. Back then, storage was expensive so at some point I burned it off to free up space and have since lost it. THANK YOU YOUTUBE! Nonetheless, NPR recently posted a full concert of Tori Amos in NYC and after listening to it, I was reminded of this version of Hey Jupiter and decided to see if I could dig it up. Hey Jupiter is my favorite Tori Amos track (Ok, I have many favorites) and this version is great. I love how she forgets the lyrics half way in and has to improvise. It’s also great when she positions herself halfway between the Rhodes and the Bosendorfer and plays both simultaneously. Pure magic!
